Return & Refund Policy

Due to the fact we are seeking food products which are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the products have been dispatched for delivery.

If a customer cannot receive their ordered items because of reasons caused by the customer, we are also unavailable to offer a refund or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, an incorrect address, an incorrect ordering, multiple unintentional orders or multi-missed deliveries.

 

We will, however, refund or exchange if the products you received are incorrect or damaged. To be able to process refunds or exchanges under these circumstances, we will require pictures of the products and packaging. Correspondence and photos are to be sent by email to: rellasbakery@gmail.com . The email should include a description of what is wrong with your order, what type of application you are seeking, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

All changes to orders must be made before 12pm of Monday, as we are only delivering every Tuesday, i.e.: changes to delivery address, products or cancellations.
